About the Transform App
TransForm uses industry-leading security to ensure that any information requested is securely encrypted before transmission. The app and data is protected on your device by a secure user name and password. It is important that you do not share your credentials with any other person. We also recommend that you secure your device (tablet, smartphone or PC) with up-to-date anti-virus software and a password or other bio-metric security (e.g. fingerprint, iris or facial scan).
You may install and uninstall the app at any time and at no charge to you. If you uninstall the app, all data associated with it will also be removed.
