We have a new role available within our Admin Department and are looking for a candidate who is familiar with all aspects of general office duties and admin. The individual will require a thorough working knowledge of using MS Outlook/Word and a basic level of using MS Excel.
Administrators in our Estate Planning Department
We have a new role available within our Estate Planning Department and are looking for a candidate who is familiar with all aspects of general office duties and admin. The individual should be able to carry out searches on Tracker, electronically view documents, input data and correspond by telephone and e-mail professionally and efficiently.
Legal Administrators in our Live Trust Department
We have a new role available within our Live Trust team and are looking for a candidate to work within a team who deal primarily with Trust administration. You will later develop the skills to manage your own caseload of private family Trusts following training.
Legal Administrators in our Processing Department
We have a new role available within our Processing Department and are looking for a candidate who is familiar with all aspects of general office duties and admin. Additionally, the individual may be expected to draft legal documents, with no/minimal typing errors.
