About Us

Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Limited is an established Company providing Legal Services, Probate, Professional Executor and Trustee services, and is part of a group of companies providing advice in all aspects of Estate Planning and Asset Protection.

Holding the status of a Tax and Trust Corporation clearly illustrates that we are professionals.

A Trust Corporation is a business organised specifically for entering into fiduciary relationships with individuals or organisations to act as an Executor, Guardian, or Trustee, in administration of custodial arrangements, estates and Trust funds. Trust Corporations also provide services such as Estate Planning. If we ceased trading, then other trustees can be appointed in our place, if required, at that point.

Being a Trust Corporation allows improved efficiency in both applying for Grants of Probate and Trust work, whilst giving the client extra protection due to the share capital held by the company.

Based in the heart of Warwickshire, we have a network of fully qualified Consultants throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Our Consultants can arrange to visit you in the comfort of your own home to discuss your current situation and provide the answers to any questions you might have.

So whether you need a simple Will, advice on protecting your home from Care or have more complex issues, including Mitigating Tax, we can provide you with the perfect solution to achieve your goals.

All our products and services are competitively priced, yet still tailor made to suit your individual needs.

Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Limited is an established Legal Company, whose Directors are members of S.T.E.P (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and offers advice in all aspects of Estate Planning.
